Senior engineer

Duties

1. The calculation of standard working hours.

2. Formulation and optimization of production processes and standard work instructions, design of tooling or inspection tools.

3. Analyze the causes of defective products, deal with various processes and technical problems that occur during production, and ensure that product quality and production are performed normally.

4. Optimize the operation of tools, equipment and personnel at the production site, improve the layout of the workshop and work processes, and reduce man-hours to make production more stable.

5. Train the production line operators and technicians for each stations process to provide technical guidance and operation guidance for product production personnel.

 

 Requirements:

1. With process engineers and lean production related experience;

2. Familiar with PIE workflow and have strong PIE working philosophy;

3. Familiar with sheet metal, electronics, assembly and other processes;

4. Can produce SOP standard working hours and other process documents.  

5. Proactive, dedicated, able to solve problems, communicate well, and good at cooperating.

6. Responsible for supervising the implementation of process discipline, work calmly and meticulously, with good language expression.
